Bob Bortner
My name is Bob Bortner. I have 11 years experience in the alignment/tire wear business. A majority of my knowledge has come from tracking various fleets and applications of tires to be able to diagnose most tire wear patterns and what needs to be done to solve the problem and increase tire mileages. Many times, tire wear issues are more than just doing alignments. We try to educate each customer to do the other “little things” specific to their tire applications to increase mileages. As manager of our account reps., I try to emphasize the importance of customer service and follow-up to our account reps. to ensure customer satisfaction. Remember, if a problem does arise, do not hesitate o call me. That’s why we warrant our alignments for 1 year or 100,000 miles!
